Book of Abstracts

To help us achieve our sustainability goals, we want to ensure that you are getting value from having a printed copy of the abstract book. We will only print abstract books for those people who order an abstract book when they register. Please look out for this option on the registration form and make the appropriate selection if you would like a printed copy. There is no charge for the Book of Abstracts.

Terms and Conditions

  • All payments in GBP Sterling (£) only: payable to ARCOM
  • For authors, payment is due by 31 July 2026
  • For conference delegates who do not have accepted papers, payment is strictly 28 days from date of invoice
  • For multiple bookings please undertake individual online registration
  • The relevant conference fees will still be charged to all registered delegates cancelling after 31 July 2026, although alternative delegates may attend in their place
  • Registered delegates that fail to attend the event will still be liable for payment of their conference fees
  • Acceptance of a paper for publication and/or presentation is on the basis that at least one author will be registered. The organisers reserve the right to withdraw papers where at least one author has not paid by 31 July 2026
  • Each registered author is allowed to register and present only one paper. Where an author has multiple papers accepted at the event, the author must make an arrangement to ensure that at least one of their co-author(s) registers for each of the other papers accepted for publication and/or presentation at the event.
