  • Abstract:
    While playing a vital role in global infrastructure development, the construction sector continues to grapple with issues of inefficiency, resource mismanagement, and environmental impact. Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force with the potential to revolutionize construction practices. However, successful integration of AI requires a collaborative effort across various stakeholders. This research explores the multi-stakeholder dynamics of AI adoption in construction, analyzing the potential benefits, challenges, and key strategies for fostering successful collaboration. By examining existing literature and conducting a survey amongst key stakeholders, this study aims to contribute to a comprehensive understanding of how AI, coupled with a multi-stakeholder approach, can unlock a more productive, sustainable, and future-proof construction industry.
